VISION

To create a better environment for Khmer youths in Ontario to learn about their unique and distinctive culture and to help them build strong leadership skills.

MISSION

·        To encourage academic excellence in youth, and to establish prizes, awards, distinctions, and to provide mentorship.

·        To promote active lifestyles in youth by organizing sports and recreational activities.

·        To foster community spirit in youth by organizing cultural events and offering mother-tongue language classes.

·        To develop a youth network to share experience and knowledge.

PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES

·        With the helping hands of the local community, KKCYAO has launched classes targetted at Khmer Krom and Khmer youths, in the goal of teaching these youths how to write, read, and speak the Khmer language.

·        We have opened up sessions to teach youths how to perform the traditional khmer dance.

·        Homework club is available for youths that need guidance and extra help with their school work.
